Platform and reliability work grounded in operations
I currently work as a Site Reliability Engineer II, with a background that moved through hands-on support, infrastructure administration, and into platform engineering work. The common thread has been reliability: understanding systems deeply enough to keep them stable and improving them when they are not.
What I do well
- Kubernetes and OpenShift platform operations across multiple environments
- Infrastructure and lifecycle automation using shell scripting, Terraform, Ansible, and CI pipelines
- Operational work around secrets management, observability, logging, storage, and access integrations
- Troubleshooting that starts with system behavior and follows through to a durable fix
Why the support background still matters
Before moving into platform engineering, I spent years doing direct support and infrastructure work. That matters because it trained the habits I still rely on now: stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, document the fix, and pay attention to how technical decisions affect the people using the system.
What I am looking for next
I am targeting platform, site reliability, and infrastructure-oriented roles where I can contribute through automation, platform ownership, operational judgment, and steady execution. The side-work pages remain here as extra context, but the core of the site is my engineering background and resume.
